    They did a great job fixing my father’s electric scooter! They replaced the batteries for a reasonable price and got it done the same day I called. I would highly recommend Mobility City.

    I found Mobility City reps to be courteous and professional. Tiffany set up a service call at a time that was convenient for me. Their tech, John, came to my home and spent a full 45 minutes driving my scooter around my neighborhood to try and duplicate the trouble I was having. Naturally, we couldn’t get it to malfunction as it had before. When the issue recurred, I dropped my scooter off at the shop for diagnosis. After speaking directly to the manufacturer, John was able to determine and correct the problem. I was informed that I could pick up the scooter with no additional charge, only what I had originally paid for the service call. Mobility City has certainly earned my future business. I would give them the highest recommendation. They are prompt and professional, and worked diligently to resolve my issue.

A huge thank you to all who had a part in making this happen. To me, they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.
